The same cabinet, fixed for good.
Drag the handle to compare an old, corroded supply line with a slow drip against the same space after new copper, new valves and a clean, dry cabinet.

That drip is costing more than you think.
Choose what is leaking, how bad it is and how long it has gone on, and see the gallons, the dollars and the bathtubs.
What is a leak costing you?
An estimate from common figures: about 8 gallons a day for a faucet dripping once a second, up to about 200 gallons a day for a leaking toilet and the flow through a small hole at 60 psi. Your bill sets the real cost.

Water HeatersRepair or Replace Your Water Heater?A simple way to decide when a water heater is worth repairing and when to replace it before it fails.Questions, answered
How much does a plumber cost?
It depends on the job. Commonly published ranges run from about $150 to $450 for drain cleaning and many fixture repairs, $1,300 to $3,500 for a tank water heater replacement and thousands for sewer line or whole-house repiping work. A free estimate gives you a written price for your home.
Are your estimates free?
Yes. Estimates are free and come in writing with the problem, the options, the parts and the price. Fill in the form on any page, or call or text 615-431-3789, and we will schedule a visit or review your photos.
What should I do if a pipe bursts?
Shut off the main water valve first, turn off the water heater if it is leaking, move valuables away from the water and call us. Photograph the damage before cleanup for your insurance claim. Our Symptom Finder can help if you are not sure how urgent a problem is.
Do you offer emergency plumbing?
Yes. Call or text 615-431-3789 for burst pipes, sewage backups, no water and other urgent problems. A real person answers, and we tell you the visit price before we roll.
Can you find a hidden leak without tearing out walls?
Usually we can narrow it down first with a meter test, a pressure test, acoustic listening and thermal imaging, then open only the spot that needs it. Our Leak Cost Calculator shows how fast a steady leak adds up.
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
A leaking tank is always replaced. A heater under about ten years old with a failed part is usually worth repairing, and one past twelve years with repeating problems usually is not. Our Water Heater Sizer compares tank, tankless and heat pump options.
Is a tankless water heater worth it?
It can be for larger households, tight spaces and long-term homeowners, since tankless units often last longer and never run out of stored water. They cost more up front and gas models can need a bigger gas line and new venting.
Why does my drain keep clogging?
Repeating clogs usually mean something in the line is wrong: scale in old cast iron, roots, a low spot or a damaged joint. A camera inspection shows which, and hydro jetting cleans the pipe wall better than a cable.
